The 5-Class Wellness & Recovery Series for the Spine
Each class consists of a proper warm-up for the joints and spine, postural awareness, diaphragmatic breathing exercises, myofascial stretches and a series of ELDOAs targeting the main 3 regions of the spine: Lumbar (lower), Thoracic (mid) and Cervical (neck). This series is designed as an introduction to the experience of ELDOAs and how it can improve posture, help to relieve chronic or acute back pain, increase disc hydration, increase strength and flexibility and improve recovery time from injuries.

Full class series of five 60-minute classes over the course of 5 consecutive weeks

A condensed version scheduled into a weekend in two 90-minute classes
4 Days/4 Classes Targeting Specific Painful Concerns
Each 60-minute class targets a specific area of concern of the body using various soma training exercises which may include a combination of myofascial stretching, ELDOA, Global Postural Stretches, proprioception exercises, specific strengthening exercises and diaphragmatic breathing. Participants will walk away from each class with an experience of the soma training method and specific exercises to incorporate into their daily lives.

General Spine Health and Postural Awareness: Great for easing muscle tension, creating body awareness, increasing energy and performance, as well as an overall feeling of wellness.

Lower Back & Pelvis: Beneficial for tight and stiff lower backs, decreasing pain down legs and lessening achy and stiff hips.

Mid-Back & Shoulders: Helps to loosen locked and tight mid-backs, achy and painful shoulders.

Neck, Arms and Shoulders: Incredible for tight and sore necks, craning necks, rounded upper backs, increasing shoulder mobility and decreasing arm pain.
